Our apartment homes currently range from approximately $900 to $1,925 per month, depending on the floor plan, availability, and current specials.

New residents can expect a $50 application fee and a $100 administration fee. Security deposits range from $0 to $400 based on qualifying approval and screening results.

Yes — utilities are included. Our community offers all bills paid living, including electricity.

There are no additional monthly fees unless residents have pets or choose optional covered parking, which is available for $40 per month.

Application & Move-in

What is required to apply for an apartment?

To apply, applicants will need a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income, and any additional documents requested during the screening process.

Applicants must have a combined monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. All applications are subject to credit, background, rental, and income verification. Applicants must meet community qualification standards, including no prior evictions, broken leases, or disqualifying criminal history.

Application approvals are typically completed within 24–72 hours, depending on screening and document verification.

Co-signers or guarantors may be accepted based on application qualifications.

Yes — we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months.

Our move-in process is designed to be simple and convenient. Once the application and screening process are completed and approved, our leasing team will guide residents through the remaining steps to prepare for move-in.

We offer a variety of spacious floor plans including efficiency, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and townhome-style apartment homes designed to fit different lifestyles and needs.

Pet fee ranges from $200 to $400 as a one-time fee, depending on the breed and weight. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Maximum 2 pets per home.
